"The Double T is one of those rare perfect places in the world, where the incredible natural beauty (truly staggering and inspiring) of the place is perfectly matched by the utterly relaxed (yet quietly luxurious) atmosphere. From reading on the cabin porch as the river ran past to walking along the many paths, through groves of Aspens, where every turn brought a new, even more beautiful view into focus, the ranch allowed me to find perfect solitude. But, the big green barn was the real heart of the ranch, a gathering place for an afternoon chat and the center of the many raucous, hilarious and truly delicious evenings. I can't (and don't want to) get the Double T out of my mind and can't wait to return."

"Dear Brian, After deferring our fishing trip due to Montana flooding and later again for two bouts of pneumonia, we finally made it to Montana in early October and we were not disappointed with Montana's scenery or fly fishing. Miles, our fishing guide for two days did a great job teaching two neophytes while making fishing fun, exciting and productive. Additionally, Miles recognized that we were still fighting pneumonia and made appropriate adjustments to the fishing trip to make us comfortable and less taxing. We can strongly recommend Montana Angler for a first class fishing experience and Miles as a guide. The accommodations at Rainbow Ranch Lodge was also great. The management went out of their way to insure that we were comfortable and all our needs met. Where else could you find a comfortable cottage with wonderful views."

"Brian, Our fishing tips that we booked with you were outstanding. My kids and I had a great time. Our guides Chuck and Tony were professional, attentive, enjoyable and provided great instruction. They easily adjusted to 3 people with different levels of interest and experience in fly fishing, allowing all of us to really get the most out of the trips and enjoy the fishing in our own way. The rivers we went on were beautiful and we caught tons of fish. The overnight camping was a really fun time, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. The trip definitely met my expectation and we hope to come out and do it again. The Rainbow Ranch was a wonderful place to stay, we especially enjoyed being right on the river. Overall, you did a great job, from early planning figuring out what we wanted, to setting up all the pieces of the itinerary and then the guides were fantastic through out the trip. I had a few suggestions for the camping portion, pillows would make sleeping more comfortable, a flashlight or little lantern in the tents would be convenient and a small piece of indoor/outdoor carpet in front of the tent would keep the tents much cleaner. Thank you and hope to talk to you again for another trip!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and had a great learning experience with both Sean and Chuck. I concur with your assessment that they are some of the most knowledgeable guides in Montana. On my next fishing trip I will request them by name. They both have different teaching styles but were equally effective. They both loved fly fishing and their passion for teaching was obvious. On a 1-10 scale they were both 10s. Steve and Keith over at the Gallatin River Lodge could not have been nicer. The accommodations were everything I expected and more. They also have some of the prettiest ladies in Montana working there."

"Fly fishing in Montana is something that every fly fisherman can aspire to. Although all the guide services are across the board more expensive than other locations, you cannot go wrong with Montana Anglers. Miles McGeehan is the best of all the guides I have ever used and taught me many new casting skills, as well as enabling me to catch fish on the trip. I highly recommend him."

"My son and I had never been fly fishing and we did a half day lesson/fishing time and came out of it feeling comfortable on being able to try this on our own and appreciating the experience.  Scott was very professional, knowledgeable and able to teach us very well in a short time. We will do this again."

"From the guides we have hired in the past, Colter is the tops. He was 20 minutes early and was eager to get us on the river. He made sure we were comfortable and worked very hard finding the right bugs for us to use. He had a great sense of humor and since my brother and I banter back and forth, Colter didn't hesitate to give me or my brother a hard time, especially if we missed our mark on a cast by a couple of inches. In addition to Colter, you and your staff was a pleasure as well. No hassles at all, you were very accommodating, polite and responsive and your service was very good. I can confidently say if we find ourselves wanting to get pampered by a guide again in Montana, Montana Angler, will be our first call."

"I wanted to send you a note to let you know what a fantastic trip I had with the guides you selected. Doug put us into a great spot on the Yellowstone with lots of fish, remote, a good hike to put us in the real wilderness. My kids will never forget that day on the water. I also enjoyed talking with Doug about the business side of guiding. Colter also worked his backside off on the Ruby. The river requires more precision in casting, line management, and fly selection and Colter helped my daughters all day, and when we got onto a bunch of big fish sitting tightly in shallow water, he changed dozens of flies for me until we hooked 5 and landed 3 beautiful browns!"
