Join Montana Angler on a hosted trip to Martin Pescador Lodge in Chile for prime dates in February 2027. Martin Pescador Lodge offers guests an extremely diverse program and is a great base for sampling Chilean fly fishing. The program seamlessly blends 2 lodges over 7 nights and 6 days of fishing where we will have access to 12 rivers and 8 lakes in one of Patagonia's most beautiful regions. With over 35 boats stashed in different locations the experienced guides take "off the beaten path" fishing to another level. This is an amazing location to have a chance at super sized trout while also soaking up unparalleled scenery.
This trip is limited to 11 guests. There is also an opportunity to extend the trip afterwards for 4 or more nights at Rio Palena Lodge which is an excellent mixed activity venue.
Trip Itinerary - February 2027
February 11 - depart US on overnight flight
February 12 - arrive in morning to Santiago - connect to Puerto Montt (direct jet flight just under 2 hour flight) - transfer included to local hotel that we will self book in the town of Puerto Varas
February 13 - included short private charter from Puerto Varas to Chaiten then transfer to the Rio Yelcho Lodge (part of Martin Pescador program)
February 14 - guided fishing
February 15 - guided fishing
February 16 - guided fishing
February 17 - guided fishing (fish en route to new lodge) - arrive Rio Rosselot Lodge (luggage already transferred)
February 18 - guided fishing
February 19 - guided fishing
February 20 - depart Rosselot, transfer to Chaiten to fly to Puerto Montt, fly to Santiago to overnight flight home
February 21 - arrive home
