Join our Montana Angler hosted trips with our friends at Magic Waters Patagonia Lodge in Chile. We have been hosting several trips lately to Magic Waters and it is hard to find a more diverse fishing operation for wild trout anywhere in South America. Explore small spring creeks, big rivers, trophy lakes and more. Each day provides another adventure to new waters. Our hosts Eduardo and Consuelo Barrueto welcome us into their family run lodge where we enjoy amazing Chilean cuisine along the banks of several private lakes full of big trout. We are offering a return hosted trip in the prime months of January which is early summer in Patagonia when water levels are prime and hatches are abundant as well as late March early April trip which is during the beautiful early fall season in Patagonia.

Itinerary:
December 31st (Thursday): depart US on overnight international flight
January 1st: arrive Santiago, stay at local hotel in a fun and vibrant neighborhood with dinner at a local award winning restaurant
January 2nd: direct flight to Balmaceda, transfer to Magic Waters Lodge (option to fish DIY on the private lakes around the lodge)
January 3rd-8th: 6 days of guided fishing, fish new waters every day with a blend of spring creeks, mountain float rivers, private access wading and trophy dry fly lakes
January 9th: fly home, connect in Santiago (overnight flight)
January 10th: arrive home late morning in US
OPTION to extend for a 2 week trip visting Patagonia Baker Lodge for the January 9-16 week
Trip price: $8000/person (the two week combo package with Patagonia Baker Lodge extension is $16,500/person)
*** NOTE - we can often pair up single anglers to avoid single fees on hosted trips
*(Single occupancy requests incur a 50% premium on the per person double occupancy rate)
