The Absaroka Sunrise house is a modern home in a tranquil, residential setting that offers quick, easy access to downtown Livingston, Montana, and fishing on the Yellowstone River. A short 5 blocks from downtown Livingston, a walk down the hill gets you to the historic main street area with shopping, dining, live music, galleries, and more! Cruiser bikes are also provided for guest use.
The home sleeps 10, with five separate beds, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. One primary bedroom upstairs has a king bed with attached full bathroom and walk in shower. There is an office on the main level with a smaller sofa that converts to a full size bed. This can be used as sleeping but is best for kids or smaller adults. Downstairs there is a Queen Bed downstairs, closet, vanity table and dresser area. Another room downstairs has 2 single beds (can convert to king). There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo for the rooms downstairs to share. Upstairs, just off the office and kitchen area is an additional full bathroom (tub/shower combo). The wonderful kitchen is fully stocked with all you might need for preparing and hosting meals. The dining table seats 8 easily with a leaf for additional seating. There is also an island with seating for 3 more.
The home has a state of the art above ground Endless Pool with swim current. This is heated and approximately 4-5 feet deep at the center. The hot tub is under the same cover, but separate with it's own temperature and jets. Cruiser bikes are also provided for guest use.

The office has shelves of books and games for your enjoyment. A fenced yard, wrap around decks, and ample living and dining spaces make this a comfortable and convenient place for your next vacation. The gorgeous front and back yards both have seating and tables for eating and relaxing amidst great views. A propane grill sits in the backyard and the front deck has a firepit feature for use in the evenings. Above ground Endless Pool with swim current and hot tub. Cruiser bikes for guest use.
Rates: ~$800/night (varies depending on exact dates) + $300 cleaning fee, $159 damage waiver, and 8% lodging tax. 3 night minimum (most dates). No pets.
