The Evergreen house is everything a vacation rental should be - simple, clean, well stocked, and in a gorgeous yet convenient location that still feels as if you are "away from it all.” Wake up and enjoy coffee while you overlook the Yellowstone River from the deck, just upstream from Carter’s Bridge Fishing Access Site. The property is a quick 5 minutes from Livingston for fun nights out in the historical western town and convenient access to grocery stores and other "town" activities, but an easy 45 minute drive through Paradise Valley to the northern entrance of Yellowstone National Park. River views from the house are terrific, but river access directly from the house is very limited and somewhat dangerous due to a steep rock wall along the river bank. It is recommended that guests use the free, easy public access point just downstream at Carters Bridge to fish or play. Several other access sites on the Yellowstone are also nearby, along with some smaller streams and lakes.
Perfect for smaller groups, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps up to 7 guests in 4 beds. Inside, the master bedroom has a king bed and attached full bathroom with tub/shower combo, large closets and a private door to the deck that faces south and the river and mountains. The second bedroom is "bunk style" with a bunk bed with a full size mattress on top and bottom and an optional full size trundle bed. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo for this room. There is also a brand new, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
