This cozy, historical property is right next to Carter’s Bridge Fishing Access Site on the Yellowstone River and offers great fishing access to the many waters nearby. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Livingston MT, it’s also a quick, beautiful drive from the North Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The idyllic home has outbuildings sprinkled around the property, landscaped yards, walking trails, and nearby access to forest service hiking and rock climbing areas. The house has direct access to the Allenspur rock climbing area just out the back door!
The inside of this gorgeous and immaculately maintained historical home has all the updates of a modern home with a classic feel - even central air conditioning. There’s space for 7 guests, with 5 total beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus a half bathroom. The Master suite features a king bed with an attached full bathroom, and double doors that exit to the beautiful back deck. Two main guest rooms share a full bathroom in the hallway and each have 2 twin beds (can also be pushed together to make a king). A bonus fourth bedroom off the laundry area has 1 twin bed and is adjacent to the half bathroom near the kitchen and mudroom.

Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, mudroom for taking off your fishing gear, and a bonus full size refrigerator and freezer for extra groceries, bags of ice and refreshments.
Rates: ~$800/night (varies depending on exact dates) + $200 cleaning fee, $159 damage waiver, and 8% lodging tax. 2 night minimum (most dates). No pets.
