The Double MM Ranch is a new, custom home built on on 25 acres, with unobstructed views of Paradise Valley and the Yellowstone River. The location is ideal for someone wanting to experience a real Montana getaway with wildlife, views, and great fishing access to the Yellowstone River, but it is conveniently located near hot springs, world class restaurants, live music, shopping and more.
A total of 8 people can comfortably sleep in the home with 6 beds. The main level has a bedroom with a single queen bed. Another bedroom on the main level has a bedroom with 2 full size beds. These are bunk style, but the bunk is very spacious and has enough height for adults. There is a large full bathroom with tub/shower combo between these two rooms on the main level. Upstairs into a large loft area looking over the living room there are 2 twin beds (these can be easily converted into a king bed), and a daybed with a twin size mattress and a twin bed trundle. The living area has a real wood fireplace, towering windows framing Emigrant Peak, 2 couches & two oversized chairs. A large flat screen smart TV is above the mantle.
On the other end of the house is the master bathroom, which is locked and not available to guests. It is not advertised in the listing as part of the 3 available rooms.

Just off the living area is a large covered patio with seating, a picnic table and a propane BBQ grill (propane included).
Rates: ~$950/night (varies depending on exact dates) + $300 cleaning fee, $159 damage waiver, and 8% lodging tax. 2 night minimum (most dates). No pets.
