Just a few minutes from downtown Livingston, this property sits on 8 acres and offers easy, private access to the Yellowstone and is within an easy drive of many other fisheries in the area. The Retreat sits at a dead end road on Island Drive, where it’s surrounded by trees and wildlife but is still within walking distance to Livingston’s parks and downtown district.
Old industrial structures, an abandoned train car and more can be found on this historical property. The home itself is a former garage for the lumber plant nearby but has been fully remodeled and updated from top to bottom. Great for a group or family, the house sleeps up to 11 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 7 beds, a sleeping loft, and 2 full bathrooms. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed and attached, full bathroom, as well as a private outdoor sitting area. Two other rooms on the main level have queen beds. The loft area has 3 twin beds as well as a sitting area with TV. Next to the loft area there is a 4th bedroom with a queen bed.

There’s a washer and dryer near the kitchen for laundry.
Rates: ~$775/night (varies depending on exact dates) + $300 cleaning fee, $159 damage waiver, and 8% lodging tax. 2 night minimum (most dates). Pet friendly.
