The Yellowstone Beach Club is truly a one of a kind home and there is little in the area that delivers location, amenities, style, and sheer beauty like this spacious home does. Pictures can't do justice to the massive views and scenery you will enjoy at this large, mountain-modern, riverfront home. It's an easy walk to a sand covered beach on your own stretch of the Yellowstone River across from the Loch Leven fishing access site. Several other fishing sites on the Yellowstone are also within a quick drive and there a variety of other fishable waters are nearby, including the Paradise Valley Spring Creeks and Boulder River. The property is near Highway 89 just 15 minutes south of Livingston, making it extra convenient to access town and also explore Yellowstone National Park.
The home was custom built to allow for privacy in all 5 bedroom suites. A bright, open common area and kitchen allow for a luxurious lodge-like feel for gathering, eating, entertaining and soaking in the floor to ceiling mountain views. As you walk in the front door you’ll find a cozy common living space with a couch, TV, small desk and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed, river views, a treadmill and a full bathroom just off the bedroom. The second bedroom on this level is a large and playful "bunk room" with a bunk bed with trundle. The mattresses are 2 queens and 1 full bed. A large full bathroom with tub and shower are connected to this riverside room - ideal for the kids or teens to have an area to sleep and hangout. Walk up the stairs to the 2nd level where the main living and sleeping areas are, and you’ll find the large chef’s kitchen, dining area, laundry closet, half bathroom, and 3 master bedrooms. The 3 upstairs rooms are master suites with attached baths. Each has a king bed, closet, and full attached bath with shower. All 3 have tremendous views and two have private doors to the decks.

You can access the open loft from a circular staircase in the living room, where you’ll find a large desk and work space with amazing views, a printer, a couch, a TV, and lamp-lit areas to read or get away from the main level’s hustle and bustle. The doors to the decks allow for excellent outdoor dining or lounging with a large dining table, lounge chairs, a couch area, fire-pit and hot tub. The garage of the house is locked and for owners only.
Rates: ~$1500/night (varies depending on exact dates) + $350 cleaning fee, $159 damage waiver, and 8% lodging tax. 3 night minimum (most dates). No pets.
